Kendall Jenner's $6.5 million Hollywood Hills Residence

It seems as if every member of the Kardashian family purchases a lavish mansion as a rite of passage into adulthood. No stranger to the tradition, supermodel and reality TV star Kendall Jenner purchased her first pad for $6.5 million in West Hollywood. Previously owned by Hollywood elite John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, Kendall negotiated the $6.5 million price point down from the original $8M listing, according to TMZ. A win-win for both parties, John and Emily originally purchased the home in 2009 for just under $1.6 million.

This architectural wonder, located on a 15,699-square-foot lot, measures about 4,800 square feet, and features six bedrooms and five bathrooms. A gorgeous combo of cutting-edge design, style and craftsmanship, Jenner’s new digs certainly live up to the Kardashian-Jenner standard. Overlooking Los Angeles from the hills, Kendalls’s new pad is the perfect combination of luxurious indoor and outdoor living, complete with beautiful vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, swimming pool, outdoor fireplace and rooftop deck. This place has everything that she, and all her potential houseguests, like fellow model and BFF GiGi Hadid, would need to live the opulent lifestyle they’re used to.

As Kendall’s younger sister and entrepreneur Kylie Jenner buys and sells mansions at the drop of a hat, and big sisters Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe collect multiple properties of their own, maybe Kendall will be inclined to “keep up” with the rest of the family.
